Firstly, my name is Janet and am the owner and only person at Safe & Sound Cat Sitting. I have had cats since day one. I come from a long line of cat people. I grew up in an old farmhouse, and we had all kinds of animals. Always had a dog and always had cats. Also had rabbits, mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, turtles, a goose and a rooster and hen. Really wanted a horse, but never got one.
I started this business in 1998 when my two boys were young. Decided to be a cats only sitter due to the flexibility in scheduling the visits compared to dogs. I have many very happy clients and several have said they love that I just do cats. Felines are my specialty. I know how cats think.
